I'm sorry I haven't blogged in a really long time. I completely forgot about it! I've had a lot on my mind getting everything ready for little Colton.
I'm now 37 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I went to the doctor today and everything is ok. I'm not dilated yet but he'll be here soon. If he doesn't come before then I'll be induced at 9:00 p.m. on the 6th and he'll be here sometime on the 7th. I'm really hoping he decides to come before then. I have 11 days to get him out!
His room and everything is all ready for him. I have my hospital bag packed so now we just have to wait. Me and Josh are starting to walk a lot every day so maybe that will help a little.
My brother will be here from California on the 10th to meet his new nephew. I can't wait to see him. It's been about 5 months. I'm so excited to finally show him and Sarah my house. Hope they like it.
My mom and Aunt Stacy are coming down tomorrow. My aunt has never seen my house either so I can't wait until they get here!

I just realized that I haven't blogged in a really long time. Sorry!
Well here's a little update on what has been going on.
I had my baby shower down here a couple weeks ago. There wasn't very many people there but we still got quite a few presents. I have my other baby shower up north in 3 weeks. Can't wait!
Little Colton is officially out of room in my stomach now. He gets up next to my ribs and everything so I'm constantly in pain. I hurt so bad at night I can only sleep a couple hours. It's really starting to wear me out. I'm so ready for him to be here. Only 7 weeks or less to go!
His room is all ready to go except I have to organize all the baby shower gifts I have laying on the floor. I'm going to wait until after my other shower to do anything with that though.
There hasn't really been a whole lot going on. So I will blog more later when I have something to talk about! =)

I went to the doctor yesterday and me and Colton are both healthy and everything is perfect. We get the 4d ultrasound next friday!
My sister in law, Sarah, took my maternity pictures tuesday and they turned out great!
I bought a few things for Colton's room today. A trash can, laundry basket, containers to hold diapers and toys and a few other things. My baby shower down here is next saturday and I'm so excited. I can't wait to see what all we get!
Sorry my blog is short this time but I'm so tired and need to get some rest. Josh has been working nights so I haven't slept much. I will be sure and post more next time!

I'm 29 weeks and 3 days pregnant! I go to the doctor every 2 weeks now. My last appointment went well. My sugar and everything is perfect. My iron is a little low though so I have to take a pill every day.
I've been hurting more the past few days. He gets up next to my ribs and everything and makes it really painful when I move. I have a feeling I'm going to be getting huge in a couple days!
Josh's mom brought over the border for Colton's room yesterday. She's going to put it up sometime this week!
I sent out my baby shower invitations today for the one down here. I can't wait to see all the cute stuff for him.
Me and Josh are going up to my parents next tuesday. My sister in law and nieces are flying in monday. I'm so excited to see them. Sarah's going to take my pregnancy pictures while we're up there! She has all kinds of ideas for it. They're going to turn out great!!

We finally got Colton's crib and bedding set. It looks so cute! Josh's mom ordered the bedding set and she ordered a border to match. The border should be here soon!

My mom is here for the night. She's going with me to my doctor appointment tomorrow. I'll blog more tomorrow and let everyone know how Colton's doing.

I am now 27 weeks and 2 days pregnant! Little Colton still keeps me up all night. If he's not moving like crazy then I'm hurting too bad to lay down. I usually get about 3 hours of sleep in the morning after Josh gets up but that's not nearly enough sleep for me!
I got to spend the past 5 days with Josh and I loved it. We went to the carnival a couple days and we went fishing. We also layed on the couch a lot and just relaxed together! I've been hurting a lot the past few days and Josh tries so hard to make me feel better. Last night he even tried to sleep side ways in the bed because I thought it would be more comfortable. It didn't help me any so after a few minutes he had to get up and move again. He doesn't complain or anything. He just does whatever I ask him to do. He's so sweet! I don't know what I would do without him.
I realized this weekend that I'm going to have to spend a lot of my time inside this summer. I was out a lot and the heat is really hard on a pregnant person! It kind of makes me sad but I will happily give up my summer fun to keep my little boy healthy.

Things are about to change.

I have been hurting a lot more the past few days. I guess Colton is getting bigger fast! I'm ready for my next doctor appointment so I know everything's ok. I'm almost 27 weeks pregnant-about to hit the 3rd trimester! That means I'm going to get huge and be even more miserable than what I am now. But that also means I'm closer to having my little boy. Colton makes all the pain worth going through.
Josh is starting a new job this week. I'm a little nervous about the change. He's going to be working swing shift. He'll work 7 days and get 2 off. At his job now he just works 5 ten hour days and has weekends off. So you can see it's going to take some getting use to. I just hope he ends up liking the job.
We had planned to have him at the baby showers and everything but I think he might end up missing out on them =(
He'll definately be there when the baby is born though. No matter what!!
I know Josh is a little scared about starting a new job because he's been where he's at now for 2 years and he's close to all the people he works with. But he's doing it for our family and I'm so proud of him!
We went to an auction friday night and bought my twin nieces a few things for their birthday. We got them a bubble and chalk pack that has some other things in it, each a dora light up toy, and some big animal coloring books. I can't wait to see them next month!
Saturday we had town wide rummage sales. Me, Josh, and Eva (josh's mom) went to a lot of them. We got a few clothes for Colton and some books to read to him. We also got a new dresser to put in our bedroom. After the rummage sales me and Josh went and registered for the baby shower. We picked out some really cute stuff. Josh of course picked out camo onezies, camo diaper bags, camo shoes, camo hat haha. I'm excited for the baby showers to see what all cute stuff we're going to get!

I had a long but good memorial day weekend. Me and Josh went camping with a few people on friday and saturday then my parents came down sunday! They came to get their new trailer and horses. It was a very short visit but I'm glad I got to see them.
The past few weeks I haven't been able to sleep hardly at all during the night. My legs start hurting so bad and no matter what I do I just can't get comfortable. In about 14 weeks little Colton will be here. I love that we're having a baby but I don't think the whole pregnancy thing is for me haha. Some people love being pregnant and I'm just not one of those people. We're going to have more than one kid though so I guess I'll have to go through it again! I just keep telling myself that he'll be here soon and that all the puking and hurting and no sleep is worth it to have my wonderful baby boy!!
Colton is constantly moving. He has really powerful kicks and punches now and he seems to be having a good time inside me flipping around and moving all over!!
Josh has been so good to me during the past 6 months. He gets me anything I need and tries to comfort me when everything is hurting. I know I must get annoying with all my complaining but he just sits there and listens to what I have to say. I'm so happy to be having his baby. I love listening to him talk about how excited he is to be able to take his son places with him and to show him off. He already loves his boy so much and it's the sweetest thing to watch!
Every night we read a book to Colton. Me and Josh laugh so much reading the dr. suess books. There's no point to the stories but we read them anyways. Most of the time Colton kicks me and everything while we're reading. I think he likes the stories!

Yesterday I went to the doctor for my monthly checkup. I heard Colton's heart beat again! My blood pressure and everything is perfect. Counting the 5 pounds I gained back from when I lost it the first two months, all together I've gained 16 pounds. Next appointment I'm having a sugar test and stuff done to check for diabetes. I'm so glad me and Colton are both healthy!
I'm now almost 25 weeks along and I'm getting big. This summer heat is going to be really rough. Me and Josh are going camping this weekend and I just hope the air conditioner in mom and dad's new trailer works good!
Today I'm going to clean the house a little and do laundry and dishes that I've been putting off for the past few days. And hopefully Josh is going to go on a walk with me when he gets off work!!

We're slowly getting everything ready for little colton! We have so many 0-3 month clothes. We had to go buy a dresser yesterday so I have more room to put things. I'm hoping to get the crib and bedding soon! He's been moving around a lot. Me and Josh started reading to him last night. We're going to do it every night before bed. I love when we just lay there and feel him move. It's so exciting. I have a lot of fears though. Like how are we going to know how to do everything and what to do when he's sick or something. I'm going to be home with him by myself during the day. What if something happens? And the thought of giving birth scares me the most! I just don't want to do it haha. but I guess I have no choice. I'll be 6 months this saturday. It's going by so fast! I still can't believe that I'm having a baby. It probably wont completely hit me until I'm on the way to the hospital. I'm scared to death but I just know that me and Josh are going to be wonderful parents. We were raised by the best!! =)

I had a great first mothers day! It's still so weird that I'm going to be a mom. I'm so excited. I love little Colton Ray so much already. I really can't wait to see him in about 4 months!

Me and Josh lay in bed at night and talk about how it's going to be with a baby and how we think he's going to look. He claims he's not going to change a poopy diaper but I guarantee he does! I wouldn't want to have a baby with any other guy. I always hoped this would happen and I'm still in shock that it is. I can't believe that me and Josh are having a baby together. I really couldn't be happier.

The flowers josh got me for mothers day and me at 22 weeks!

Sorry I haven't been keeping up with my blog lately. I've been preoccupied ever since we found out what the baby was and everything. Haven't had time or energy to do it.
My classes are about over now. I only have 3 finals next week then I'm done until January. I'm going to take a few months off when the baby is born.
My parents are coming down this weekend to get their new horse trailer and 2 horses. I'm so excited to see my mom for mothers day!
I've been really tired. It's like no matter what I just can't get enough sleep. It's the same way with food. There's not enough food around to keep me from being hungry!
Well I got to go do my laundry. I'll post a picutre of my big belly next time I blog!!

IT"S A BOY!!!

We found out monday that we're having a boy. Colton Ray Farler!! He is 15 cm long and weighs 1 pound. And so far I've gained 6 pounds.

After my doctor appointment we all went to target and my mom loaded us up with stuff =)

We got all kinds of cute clothes,bottles,toys and the car seat!!

Josh finished painting Colton's room and we got the carpet put in. It looks so nice. Can't wait to get the crib and decorate some more!

Updates on me and the baby!

Yesterday me and Josh bought paint for the baby's room and we picked out the carpet that's going to be put in on tuesday! Josh and his mom are going to paint saturday and after the carpet I can start decorating!
We find out what we're having on monday and I can't wait!
Yesterday my back and all down my sides and stomach was hurting really bad and today I woke up bigger! I'm still really hurting today so I'll be even larger tomorrow probly.
Me and my mom decided that I have a pattern now. Mondays and tuesdays I'm sick in the mornings. Then wednesdays and thursdays I hurt all day and grow all through the weekend. Then the morning sickness comes back on monday. haha
A few days ago my left foot started to hurt when I walk on it and it hasn't gotten better. I dont know what happened to it because it's not swollen or anything and it only hurts when I walk. Hopefully it'll go away soon!
I'm really looking forward to my family coming down this weekend. I'm even more excited that my dad gets to see the baby on the big screen this time because last time he had to wait in the waiting room. I'm really happy that he gets to see it with us!!

My Weekend

Friday morning I went up to my parents for the night. I loved seeing everybody. I really wanted josh with me but he couldn't make that trip. Friday night we had a big family dinner at monicals!
Saturday me and my momma went and looked at cars. We didn't really find anything though. Then we went and ate at the Shack! It was a short trip but I had fun.
My mom, and i'm not sure who else, is coming down this weekend! We get to find out what the baby is next monday and they all want to be there.
Today I'm hurting a lot and my morning sickness came back =(
This week me and Josh are going to look at carpet for the baby's room and we're going to get paint! I'm so excited to decorate. I'll post pictures when we get it all done!

Right now we have no power and I'm just waitin on my pizza to be delivered so I figured it would be a good time to blog a little!
I went to the dentist yesterday to get 2 more cavities filled and they had to give me 5 shots to numb my teeth and it still wasnt enough. So I had to get a temporary filling for now. My mouth is really sore today.
I decided that I'm going to paint the baby's room a light green and I picked out the bedding I want if it's a girl or boy! 13 days and we find out!
I'm going to my parents house friday morning and coming home saturday night. I have to go without josh though =(
We're going to go car shopping while I'm up there and hopefully I'll have a new one to drive home!
The baby is growing more and more every day. Seems like every morning I wake up and I'm bigger. I love it!

I've been slackin a little bit on my blogging. Here's a few updates.
I go to the dentist today to get 3 cavities filled. I hate the dentist. In a few weeks I have to get my impacted wisdom tooth out and I'm really freaked out about it. =(

Me and Josh just bought a deep freeze. We financed it to build his credit and have to pay $17 a month haha.

I'm almost 18 months pregnant! I got my maternity jeans in the mail the other day and I love them. I'm going to buy a couple more next week!
I'm going to have to do a lot of sitting around this summer when Josh and everybody goes riding and stuff at camp and 9-day so I decided to buy a few books to give me somethin to do. I'm not a big reader but I'm gonna need somethin to pass the time when I'm just sittin around by myself for hours. I'm excited bout the baby but this summers going to be hard! I'm use to runnin around and doing things all summer and now I'm not going to be able to do any of it. It's all worth it though!!
We find out in 18 days what we're having!! =)

Happy Easter!!
Me and Josh are going to his parents in a little bit to spend the day with them. Then we have Easter dinner at his aunt and uncles!
The holidays really make me miss my family. Wish I could be out in california with my parents to see my nieces on Easter morning. I bet they're going to have a blast today! I can't wait until I have my own baby to do fun holiday things with like color eggs!

Me at 16 weeks and 3 days!!

I went to the doctor yesterday for my 16 week check up. Me and the baby are both healthy! I heard the heart beat again and it was 155!! I wish Josh or Mom could've went with me. It was kind of sad going by myself. They'll be with me next time though! In 27 days we get to find out what we're having. I can't wait!! My morning sickness has eased up a lot and it makes the day a lot better when I'm not sick all the time.

It's really nice out today and it's suppose to be warmer tomorrow and thursday! I love spring weather. Just hope it stays now!

Well I have to go do laundry and feed my growing baby. I'll be sure and keep you updated on everything!

THE JOYS OF BEING PREGNANT

Today was the first day all week that I haven't thrown up!! yay! I'm not getting my hopes up that it's over yet though. Every morning I get up and make Josh's lunch and when I do that I get sick. Then I go back to bed and when I wake up to start my day I get sick again. After that I usually feel pretty good the rest of the day. It's just a big pain in the butt! I'm really hoping that this doesn't last the whole pregnancy. I've also been feeling really tired lately. I go to class in the morning and by noon I'm so worn out. I take a nap and sleep all day. I just have no energy. Maybe the doctor will give me something for that when I go on monday! Only 4 more weeks until we find out what we're having. It's getting so close I can't wait! My belly is growing fast now. It's getting big and I'm so excited! I'm almost 16 weeks and it's going by so fast. It feels like yesterday I found out we were having a baby. Some days I'm just in shock that after all me and Josh have been through we're finally together and starting a family! I couldn't be happier!
And just wanted to say be careful on your trip mom and dad! call me if you need anything! Love you guys and give the girls kisses for me and tell them aunt becka loves them! =)

A little something.

Me and Josh went up to my parent's saturday and got home last night. It was a short trip but we had fun. I always love going up there and seeing them!
We've been trying to get a loan for the car I picked out but we don't have enough credit. We've tried 2 cosigners and neither of them have worked. It's startin to stress us out. I'm really hoping we figure something out soon!
Josh got rained out today so we're just going to spend the day relaxing and doing whatever! I love getting to spend the day with him!
My belly is finally growing. It's probably going to grow really fast now! I'm so excited. I'm ready to look pregnant and not like I just gained a few pounds!
And momma you're precious boogens is layin next to me on the couch and is in heaven!!!!! so dont worry bout her!
Well I don't have a whole lot to say right now. So I'm going to get off here and cuddle with my Joshie Ray =)

Just a few things!

Here's a little update on what has been goin on lately.
Well Josh finally cleaned out the baby's room the other day! Now we just have to wait and see what we're havin so I can decorate!! We should find out in about 5 weeks =)

I went to the dentist yesterday and they told me I have 5 cavities and an impacted wisdom tooth that I need surgically removed. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do that now since I'm pregnant. But I'm hopin I can!

I thought my morning sickness was pretty much over until this morning. I woke up to get ready for class and around the time I needed to leave I started getting sick. Made me miss class and I'm still not feeling the greatest =(

My friend just found out that she's pregnant. She's only about 5 weeks along though. And the dad is being worthless so me and Josh are doin all we can to help her out. I know how it is to be freaked out about havin a baby. I cant imagine how it would be without somebody there all the time to go through it with you. I'm happy for her though and she's really excited about the baby so it should be fun! It just makes me realize how wonderful Josh is and I am so glad I have him!!

Me and Josh are goin to look at a new car tonight! I hope I like it cause I'm tired of the mini van. But thank you for it momma!!
We're goin up saturday when Josh gets off work to see my parents and get their dog (boogens). They need us to watch her while they go back out to california to see my brother and family. I'm so excited to see the remodeled house. It's going to be so weird!

My First Blog!

This is my first blog. My sister in law sarah set me up with one. I figured it would be good to do so my family could keep up with the changes in my life. I'm not quite sure what to say but I'm going to give it a try! My first baby is due September 11th. I'm 14 weeks today. Second trimester!! Hopefully it's a lot better than the first trimester was. I've been tryin to eat as much as possible when I feel good so I can gain some weight. Between weeks 8 and 12 I lost 5 pounds. It kind of worried me. We can't wait to find out what we're having. I have a feeling it's a boy (thats what josh is hopin for) but ill be happy either way! Well that's all I have to say right now. Ill share some more later!
