Colton is still on an antibiotic to make sure his ear infection is completely gone. After that, hopefully he doesn't get another one!
I went to the doctor last week and had a few tests done because of my abnormal pap test results. I go next thursday for the results. I'm scared to death that it's going to be cancer or something. I don't think I could handle that. I will let everyone know what I find out. Lets pray that it's nothing!
My mom only has 5 more days of radiation left. That has went by so fast. I'm glad she's almost done so she can get back to her life.
I don't have very much to blog about right now so I will blog some more later.

Colton is feeling better now. He still has an ear infection though so he's on another antibiotic. If it's not gone by next week then he'll be getting tubes put in. Poor little guy!
While trying to get my baby to feel better, I got sick. I'm still fighting off a cold and I think I have a sinus infection now. Hopefully this is the last sickness for the season.
I go to the doctor thursday to schedule my surgery. I'm really nervous about it. Everything should turn out ok though.
I have a very busy week next week.
Here's my schedule:monday-job interview type thing. Tuesday-take Colton back to the doctor for a checkup. Wednesday-dentist. Thursday- Wic appointment. I think friday is free though. Maybe after next week I'll be done with all the appointments for a while.
I plan on going shopping this weekend. I need to buy me a few summer clothes because I want to be outside a lot this year. Me and Colton will be going on lots of walks and we'll spend some time at the park. He's going to love the swings!

My sick baby

Colton has rsv. He has a horrible cough and an infection in his airways. (bronchitis)
He has to take an antibiotic and a steroid. We have to give him a breathing treatment every 4 hours. It's horrible. I hate that he's sick and it makes me so nervous. I will keep everyone updated on how he's doing.
Yesterday he said mama for the first time. It was the cutest thing. Josh asked him if he's ready for a nap and he answered with mama. I keep trying to get him to say it again and he just smiles at me.

I know I keep saying that I am going to blog more. I really am trying my hardest to. I just forget about it. Sorry to the few that read it.
Not much has been going on here. Colton is getting so big. I will post pictures soon. We might take some Easter pictures this weekend. They're going to be so cute.
My parents will be down to visit tomorrow night. I am so excited to see them. It feels like it's been forever but it has only been a week. I miss them so much. We have been going up there every other weekend and it is hard on us. Colton always ends up sick and it's just rough. So I'm glad my parents are making a trip down here. Hope it's not too hard on my mom though.
Josh has been working 12 hour days, noon to 12. I don't like it because it makes me have a long and boring day when he's not here. It will be nice to have a little more money though!
I went and registered for classes yesterday. Most of the ones I need to take, I'm not able to. The schedule just wouldn't work since Josh works and I have Colton. So I decided to take 3 classes that should help me get a job. We'll see how that works out.
I was suppose to go to the doctor tomorrow to schedule surgery but the doctor had to reschedule. I go on the 7th now. So I will update you more when I find out something.
I've been trying to lose weight and it's so hard! I do my zumba for the wii every day and I think it's slowly working. I want to start running in the mornings when it gets warm out. I haven't been sleeping much at night so it's hard to get motivated in the morning to workout. I really need to though.

Here's a few things that have been going on with the Farler family.
Colton had his 6 month checkup tuesday. He now weighs 18 lbs 12 oz and is 27 inches long. He's such a big boy. He had to get his shots and he did not like it. That night he ran a 102.3 fever and ended up with an ear infection the next day so I had to take him back to the doctor. He's on antibiotics now and is back to his normal happy self!
Josh had another test done on his gallbladder and that came back normal. We don't know what to do now because obviously something is wrong. So I guess we'll be making another trip back to the doctor to try something else.
I went to the doctor today and I go back in 2 weeks to schedule a surgery. They think I have endometriosis so the doctor wants to look at my insides with a scope and fix what is wrong if they find something. I'm not looking forward to that. I've never had surgery before and I'm a little nervous about it.
My wedding is now 3 1/2 months away and there's still so much to do. Good thing I have my sister-in-law helping me! I don't know what I would do without her.

I really need to make the time to blog more. I just keep forgetting about it though!
I got the results of my ultrasound and I have a small cyst on my spleen. I guess it's no big deal though and there's nothing the doctors do for it.
I go next week to see about me having endometriosis. My gynocologist thinks that is what I have so I might have to have a scope sometime soon.
Josh has another test done to see if his gallbladder is functioning or not. Hopefully they get that taken care of soon. All he is able to eat is corn dogs and plain potato chips with ketchup. That would get old really fast!
Colton turns 6 months old on Sunday. I can't believe how fast time is going. Seems like just yesterday we were going to the hospital on labor day to have him! He's so funny. I can't explain his personality. You have to see it for yourself.

A lot going on.

I'm sorry it has been a while since I've blogged. I have been busy and it completely slipped my mind until now. Here's a few things that are going on with the Farler family.
Josh will most likely be getting his gallbladder out within a couple weeks.
Colton is sick and is running a fever with a runny nose. He isn't feeling good at all.
I possibly have a cyst on my spleen. I go for an ultrasound in the morning. We're all falling apart.
Last Sunday I bought a lot of things we need for the wedding. There's only a little bit left that we have to get. Now we just have to start putting it all together.
I am stressed to the max and I will try to keep everyone updated on what we find out. But blogging is at the bottom of my list of things to do. That is all I have for now. I have to go take care of my sick baby now!
